Since 2008, our family has raised cattle with a commitment to care for the land, care for our herd, and raise quality beef we are proud to feed our own family and yours.
Heart to Heart Beef comes from our family ranch near Pueblo Pintado, New Mexico, at the mouth of Chaco Canyon.
What began as a family ranching operation is growing into something we can share with our neighbors: quality, locally raised beef with a connection to our people and the land.

Our cattle are raised on our 12,000 acre ranch, with grazing carefully managed according to the seasons, available forage, water and the condition of the land.

The land takes care of us, and we take care of the land.
Our cattle graze across approximately 12,610 acres where Chaco Canyon runs through the ranch, creating natural pasture areas across a high-desert landscape of native grasses, sagebrush, greasewood and piñon-juniper woodland.
We use rotational grazing and adjust how and where cattle graze according to forage, rainfall, water availability and what we see happening on the range. Pastures are given time to recover, and we intentionally maintain fewer cattle than the maximum stocking level authorized for the ranch.
We take care of the land so the next generation will have the opportunity to continue tending the cattle on this ranch and carrying our family’s knowledge forward.
